Your First Appointment
Your first visit to our office will be quick and comfortable. We begin by offering a warm greeting and collecting your new patient documentation forms. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Our friendly dental team members will be happy to help. We’ll show you around the office and introduce you to any available team members. Then, we capture comprehensive diagnostic x-rays and images that can be used to ensure the earliest diagnosis for dental health concerns. You’ll receive a thorough dental exam and screening for common oral health conditions, including tooth decay, gum disease, TMJ dysfunction, teeth grinding and clenching called bruxism, and oral cancer. Next, we typically provide professional teeth cleanings to remove plaque and tartar from the hardest to access parts of your smile. Then, we sit down with you to discuss areas for concern and develop a personalized plan for ongoing dental care to help you to achieve and maintain your healthiest smile.
Patient Forms
For your convenience, we’re happy to offer access to new patient forms online. This gives patients the opportunity to complete this documentation prior to their appointment. If you’re unable to complete your documents, please allow at least 15 additional minutes before your appointment time to finalize this information in our office.
Our Dental Insurance Policy
While our office is not in-network with any dental benefit plans, our team members would be happy to process and file dental insurance claims on your behalf. The reason we choose not to join dental insurance networks is that we want our treatment recommendations to be completely based on our patients’ needs rather than the services that are dictated by an insurance provider. We know how important your insurance benefits are, and we are happy to work with you to make the most of this coverage. Our team works with dental benefit providers on a regular basis, and we are able to help patients maximize their coverage without compromising on the quality of dentistry services we can provide. Financing Options
To help patient fit the costs of dental care into almost any budge, our team partners with CareCredit to offer low and no interest payment plans for qualified patients. This third party financier specializes in medical and dental payment plans, and they are able to offer lower interest rates than other credit lines. You can apply online for preapproval through CareCredit, or one of our team members would be happy to help you with the application process while you’re in the office.
